Local knitwear designer Tabbetha McCale Evans visited fiber for a fabulous forum show-and-tell today. Students learned about her experience as a KCAI fiber alum working for Peruvian Connections.

End of Semester show and sale opening this Friday, December 6th from 5-8pm! Gallery hours are 10am to 5pm on Saturday, and noon to pm on Sunday.
Sophomores in @kimemquilts's classes wrapped up their semester with critique this week! They presented both yardage from surface and color and final sewing projects from basic sewn construction.
Seniors are celebrating their final critique this semester with a potluck. No starving artists here!
This week students installed their flags on the campus green. Each flag represents a concept important to the student, part of a campus-wide project hosted by the Collaborative Practice Committee.
@bannerot's junior class is enjoying the windy fall weather as they begin learning basketry. Reeds are soaked before they can be woven, perfect work to do outdoors!
